MANILA, Philippines— Three weather systems – the northeast monsoon, the easterlies and shear line – are expected to bring scattered and isolated rains in most parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.

Weather forecaster Chenel Dominguez said the convergence of hot and cold air or shear line has been affecting the Visayas, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan), Quezon, and Aurora.
