MANILA Water Co. Inc. (Manila Water) has become the first electricity customer to switch to the expanded Retail Aggregation Program (RAP) after having previously sourced its electricity needs from a single supplier, the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) said.
Under the program, Manila Water combined the energy needs of 10 of its facilities, totaling 500 kilowatts (kW), and sourced it from Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc.'s PrimeRES.
