NOVELETA, Cavite —Construction of a flood control project to address the perennial flood problem is set to commence soon as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) finally conducted an ocular inspection on Feb. 5.
Noveleta is practically serving as a catch basin in the entire province during the rainy season, but with this flood control project, the overflow of water from several rivers that often cause major flooding in Noveleta will finally be avoided.
