MANILA, Philippines — House Deputy Majority Leader and ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo plans to file a bill to expand the coverage of the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), which provides aid to poor families.
The SLP is being implemented by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
