MANILA, Philippines — Teresita Ssen "Winwin" Marquez will represent Muntinlupa City in the Miss Universe Philippines pageant to be held in May.
Marquez was a candidate for Binibining Pilipinas 2015, representing Parañaque City. She finished as a top 15 finalist and won the Best National Costume, Miss Talent, and the She's So JAG award.
