ILAGAN City will be the newest expansion club in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, increasing the number of participants to 31 for the coming season.
Known as the Cowboys from the Corn Capital of the Philippines, the new team is owned by the prominent Diaz family of Isabela province.
