The existence of this online platform came as a pleasant surprise. For years, I have advocated for the digital transformation of annual transactions — from real property tax payments and professional tax settlements to business permit renewals, motor vehicle registrations and driver's license renewals — essentially, any routine process that doesn't require direct human intervention.
