DEL Monte Pacific Limited on Friday said that a share swap for Del Monte Foods Private Ltd. (Del Monte India) with Agro Tech Foods Ltd. (ATFL) had been completed.
"The company now has 14-percent indirect equity interest in Agro Tech Foods Limited, which, in turn, has acquired 100 percent of all the shares in [Del Monte India]," the company told the stock exchange.
