Scattered rains, thunderstorms over most of PH — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems - intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), northeast monsoon or 'amihan' and shear line - will prevail over the archipelago today, Thursday, the state-run weather agency said.

Weather forecaster Chenel Dominguez of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the bureau has not monitored any tropical cyclone forming or entering the country's area of responsibility until the weekend.
