MANILA, Philippines — Lawmakers who signed the fourth impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte said that they did not want to turn a "blind eye" on the issues against the second highest official in the country despite a possible backlash from their constituents.

In a press conference on Thursday, Lanao del Sur Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong said that he felt the "pressure" from his constituents as he was from Mindanao, considered the bailiwick of the Dutertes.
