CARCAR CITY, Cebu — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) in Mandaue City has addressed concerns regarding alleged fraudulent voter registrations, emphasizing the residency and identification requirements for registrants.
Anna Fleur Gujilde, Election Officer 4, clarified on Monday that individuals can register to vote in Mandaue City as long as they present a valid ID and declare their Mandaue City address.
