THE Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) must explain its reasons and open its records regarding its request for regulatory relief extension, a central bank official said.
"They have to justify [the request]... we need to see and assess, verify; is it reasonable?" Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Deputy Governor Chuchi Fonacier said in a media briefing in Baguio during the weekend.
