Member agencies of the Employment and Human Resource Development (EHRD) Cluster of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) convened in Quezon City for its annual PlanningExercise on Jan. 14 and 15, 2025. Labor Undersecretary Carmela Torres and Assistant Secretary Paul Vincent Añover led the activity to assess the cluster's three-year performance and outline its strategic directions for CY 2025 regarding policy, internal cooperation, program development and implementation. Joining the activity were member agencies of the EHRD Cluster, namely Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) Deputy Director General for Policies and Planning Rosanna Urdaneta, Professional Regulation Commission Assistant Commissioner Lord Louis Valera, Bureau of Local Employment Director Patrick Patriwirawan Jr., and Information and Publication Service Officer-in-Charge Rosalinda Pineda. Also in attendance were DOLE Planning Service Director Adeline de Castro, DOLE Financial and Management Service Officer in Charge Edithliane Tadeo, Tesda Planning Office Executive Director Charlyn Justimbaste, Tesda Financial and Management Service Executive Director Ma.
