MANILA, Philippines — Legendary PBA figures Ramon Fernandez, Allan Caidic and Atoy Co have been named to a select panel tasked to help finalize the 10 other honorees who will join the 50 Greatest Players in history as the pro league celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.

PBA commissioner Willie Marcial said aside from Fernandez, Caidic and Co., other members of the selection committee include former multiple champion coach Dante Silverio, former league commissioner Renauld 'Sonny' Barrios, Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) president, along with former sports editors and veteran television broadcasters.
