MANILA, Philippines — An infectious disease specialist urged persons with comorbidities who will go on vacation to cold countries such as Japan to take extra precautions against influenza and pneumonia by taking vaccines.
It comes after the death of Taiwanese superstar Barbie Hsu, who succumbed to pneumonia due to influenza while on vacation in Japan a few days ago.
