OFFICIALS of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), Taguig City government, and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Monday led the groundbreaking for the construction of the Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITX) in Arca South, Western Bicutan, Taguig.

The public-private partnership (PPP) project — approved by the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) with a cost of P4 billion — is set for completion, testing, and commissioning in the first quarter (Q1) of 2027 and will start operations in Q1 2028 with a concession period of 35 years.
