Ar. Leonardo B. Dayao Jr., who continues as chairman of the organization of housing and urban developers, said that they will use the Philippine Housing Industry Roadmap (2025–2040) "... as a guide ... to empower our members to deliver quality, affordable housing to Filipino families."
