(UPDATE) TACLOBAN CITY — A teacher and mother got the shining moment of her life when she was crowned Miss Universe Philippines – Tacloban on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Tacloban City Convention Center.
In taking the crown, Angela Norwillen Cabel edged out 11 other candidates who vied for the crown and an opportunity to represent Tacloban in the national competition.
