Some areas in Luzon will have light rains while due to the northeast monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Monday.
"The northeast monsoon will bring light rains over some areas in Luzon, while a huge part of the archipelago could expect warm temperatures due to the easterlies," weather specialist Rhea Torres said.
