PHILIPPINE Space Agency (Philsa) Director General Joel Joseph Marciano Jr. and 318 other presidential appointees await confirmation by the Commission on Appointments (CA) before Congress adjourns session later this week.
Surigao del Sur 2nd District Rep. Johnny Pimentel, an assistant minority leader of the CA, said in a statement on Sunday that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. appointed Marciano as head of Philsa with the rank of Cabinet secretary on Jan. 10.
