DOT's tourist hotline adds Korean-speaking agents

MANILA, Philippines — Starting February, tourists can seek assistance from Korean-speaking agents through the Department of Tourism's (DOT) upgraded Tourist Assistance Call Center (TACC).

On Monday, the DOT said that the recent upgrade of the tourist hotline to include Korean-language assistance reinforces the department's commitment to improve the service for visitors from South Korea, the country's largest source of tourists.
