CAGAYAN State University (CSU) launched the third and final framework of its long-term international exchange program with Indonesian university through the university's Office of the Vice President for Internationalization, Partnership and Resource Mobilization, on Jan. 23, 2025.

According to CSU Officer-in-Charge President Arthur Ibañez, the initiative, conducted in partnership with Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar (Unmas) in Indonesia, the program will "equip future educators with essential skills, knowledge, and cultural competencies to thrive in diverse educational settings."
