BAGUIO CITY — Government spending on infrastructure and other capital outlays rose in November 2024, according to data from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

Infrastructure expenditures climbed to P87.6 billion, 54.6 percent higher than P56.7 billion in November 2023.
