THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said the MV Amazing Grace, a 55-meter vessel donated by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC), would bolster its humanitarian and disaster response capabilities.
"The MV Amazing Grace will be a game-changer for our humanitarian missions. It will enable us to reach communities that are often cut off during disasters, providing life-saving assistance when it matters most," said PCG Commandant Adm. Ronnie Gil Gavan.
