I am simply positing it in relation to the recent news that Meralco's renewal of its franchise has passed second reading in the Senate, which is indeed good news. A friend speaking with authority frankly declares that definitely, the utility giant deserves such renewal, what with its enormous network of expertly trained workforce, technicians and high-tech facilities honed to perfection over the past many decades of Meralco's service history.
Metro Manila and provinces covered by Meralco's franchise, as well as those other areas advised by Meralco's distribution expertise, have seen immense progress.
