CITICORE Renewable Energy Corp. (CREC) on Friday said that had been notified by its parent company, Citicore Power Inc. (CPI), of a block sale of 153.74 million common shares to pave the way for PT Pertamina Power Indonesia (PNRE) planned investment in the company.
The sale was said to be part of the conditions of a previously disclosed acquisition by PNRE of a 20-percent stake in CREC.
