A FORMER member of the Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP) implicated in a large-scale illegal recruitment case is now the subject of a massive manhunt operation by operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Unit of Bulacan Police Provincial Office and Malolos City Police.
The police identified the suspect as Reyca Janisa Palpalatoc, a former senior fire officer of the BFP and a resident of Barangay Longos in the City of Malolos.
