MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the country will be warm and humid while others will experience scattered and isolated rains caused by two weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday.
Warm and humid weather will prevail over Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao caused by the easterlies -- winds coming from the east and passing through the Pacific Ocean, said Benison Estareja in an early advisory, adding that the agency has not monitored any low pressure areas entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
