MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday said that the alleged "damned" blank items in the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) "simply do not exist because it is not allowed to exist."

In his speech during the 20th National Convention of Lawyers in Cebu City, Marcos said he read 4,057 pages of the 2025 GAA but could not find the blank items alleged by his critics.
