MANILA, Philippines — Import Mike Watkins and Robert Bolick delivered the killer blows as NLEX demolished Eastern, 94-76 to earn a playoff for the no. 8 spot in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup playoffs on Wednesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Watkins fired 30 of his game-high 41 points in the last three quarters, while Bolick had 16 of his 21 in that same stretch, allowing NLEX to turn the tables against Eastern after a slow start.
