VIVANT Corp. said Tuesday that its business unit, Vivant Renewable Energy Corp. (VREC), had completed a divestment from solar company, Buskowitz Energy Inc. (BEI).
In a disclosure, the company said that as of Jan. 28, 2025, VREC had complied with post-closing requirements following the completion of transaction documents for the sale of its stake in BEI to Singapore-based Aurora Sustainable Energy Pte. Ltd.
