LONG before this brouhaha stirred by Senate Bill 1979 and its associated Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) approach, I have already concluded that sex as a vulgarity is mainly an elitist preoccupation.

The elites, from elite institutions like the Church and its morality crusaders to elite politicians and their pandering to the religious base, are so averse to sex education.
