THE Senate on Monday passed on the third and final reading of Senate Bill 2906, or the proposed Philippine Agriculturists Act.

Authored by Sen. Bong Revilla and sponsored by Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri, the bill received unanimous approval from all 23 senators.
