MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Tuesday said it was "too soon to comment" on the petition filed before the Supreme Court challenging the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA).

Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin issued the statement after his predecessor Victor Rodriguez and Davao City 3rd District Rep. Isidro Ungab lodged a petition for certiorari and prohibition against the 2025 GAA before the High Court.
