THE Public Attorney's Office (PAO) questioned the resolution issued by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla dismissing the 98 cases involving the deaths of children inoculated with the dengue vaccine Dengvaxia.
"The leaking blood and deaths of the multiple victims are crying and shouting for justice and due care," PAO said in its motion for reconsideration filed last Friday before the Department of Justice (DOJ), a copy of which was obtained by The Manila Times.
