GRAB Philippines has cleared one of its driver-partners accused of lascivious acts by his passenger, after a thorough investigation into the complaint that had gone viral.

In a statement released on Monday, the company said that after a detailed review of the incident, which included analyzing the trip's Audio Protect recording, the driver's profile, and performance history, no conclusive evidence was found to substantiate the allegations or indicate malicious intent.
