THE Commission on Overseas Filipinos (CFO) and the Saudi Ministry of Education are exploring the establishment of a Philippine college overseas (PCO) to offer Philippine Schools Overseas (PSO) students continuous education.
The college would allow PCO students to continue their college education in Saudi Arabia without having to leave their parents, who work in the Middle East.
