MANILA, Philippines — The Maharlika Investment Corporation (MIC) on Tuesday said it was open to investing in nuclear energy to lower electricity costs in the country.

This, after Energy Secretary Raphael Lotilla asked the MIC to look into the financing aspect and the financing cost of nuclear power.
