SOUTH Korea has formed a group of public and private organizations to collaborate in urban development in the Philippines, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) said, in line with its partnership with Korea's National Agency for Administrative City Construction (NAACC).
In a statement on Monday, BCDA announced the launch of "Team Korea to the Philippines," a consortium of 23 public and private entities which will connect Korean companies with major development projects in the Philippines.
