NAIC, Cavite — A conservation organization here has released 157 Olive Ridley hatchlings to their natural habitat in the shore of Barangay Labac in this town on late Friday afternoon.
Roger Bilugan, leader of the Samahan ng Labac Pawikan Patroller (SLPP), personally led the release of the olive ridley (Lepidochelys olivacea) sea turtles hatchlings from the organization's Labac Conservatory Facility on the banks of Barangay Labac.
