CEBU CITY — Metro Cebu had been ravaged by a string of devastating fires over a two-day period, leaving over 100 families displaced, one woman dead, and damage amounting to over P13 million.
The incidents, which hit residential and commercial areas across Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu cities, have drawn attention to fire safety concerns and the need for stronger prevention measures.
