THERE is a running fingerpointing among the members of Congress relative to the puzzling missing items in the bicameral committee report on the general appropriations bill signed into law by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

A congressman who was a former chairman of the appropriations committee of the previous congress, in a press conference, together with former president Rodrigo Roa Duterte (FPRRD), flagged the bicam report on the national appropriations budget that was submitted to the Office of the President.
