Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman emphasized the importance of the values of OGP in achieving a Bagong Pilipinas. "These principles are founda-tional to the OGP and closely align with BBM's governance agenda. This is about stepping forward with conviction, advancing transparency, and participation in governance," Pangandaman said.
