PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr., through Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, signed on Jan. 22 Administrative Order 29 creating a technical working group tasked with the establishment of a National Forensics Institute (NFI).
The Philippines has committed to create an NFI during the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, in December 2023, the president said.
