RIDE-HAILING Grab said they were investigating the case alleged sexual harassment complaint against a driver-partner by a student passenger.
"Grab is here to be fair to both our drivers and passengers. When serious complaints come up, we temporarily pause the driver's account to make sure we can investigate properly and fairly. We're working closely with everyone involved, including law enforcement, to get to the truth and resolve this the right way. Thank you!" the firm said in a response to a netizen's query.
