LEGAZPI CITY — Ousted former Albay governor Noel Rosal expressed gratitude after the Supreme Court granted his appeal for a temporary restraining order (TRO) that resuscitated his gubernatorial bid in Albay in the May 12, 2025 elections.
"I would like to thank the Supreme Court for giving the temporary restraining order. Justice has always prevailed indeed. And also to my compatriots in Albay for continuously believing in democracy," Rosal said in a statement send to The Manila Times.
