THE Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) is partnering with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) to enhance the country's labor force.
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed on Jan. 22 by PEZA Director General Tereso Panga and Tesda Director General-Secretary Jose Francisco Benitez.
