CAUAYAN CITY — Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino has announced that the Department of Social Welfare and Development will implement the Litaw (Light, Internet, Water, Assistance and Welfare) program for low-income villagers next week.
The Litaw program under the Three-Gives Law, which Senator Tolentino authored, will provide assistance and support to villagers affected by calamities and in need of government assistance.
