(UPDATE) THE printing of ballots was again delayed because of the two temporary restraining orders (TROs) issued by the Supreme Court stopping the Commission on Elections (Comelec) from disqualifying two candidates.

Comelec spokesman John Rex Laudiangco said new adjustments had to be made to accommodate the names of senatorial candidate Francis Leo Marcos and Albay gubernatorial candidate Noel Rosal.
