LISTED Alliance Select Foods International Inc. on Monday said that it had reached a compromise agreement with minority stakeholders and former board directors with both parties not admitting to any fault or liability.
In a disclosure, Alliance Select said "[the company], minority shareholders Hedy S.C. Yap-Chua, Harvest All Investment Limited, Victory Fund Limited, Bondeast Private Limited, and the estate of Albert Hong Hin Kay...[had] entered into a compromise agreement and agreed to mutually desist from prosecuting their claims and counterclaim."
